Samsung Galaxy Note has Better Features than Apple iPhone 4S

Samsung mobiles and Apple mobiles are great competitors of each other. Recently Samsung has knocked down Nokia and acquired the first position in terms of manufacturing and selling mobiles. Apple mobiles has got the second position. Most popular mobiles from Apple are its iPhones of which Apple iPhone 4S and Apple iPhone 5 are very famous. Apple iPhone 4s has been launched recently whereas Apple iPhone 5 is yet to be launched. As far as Samsung mobiles are concerned, Samsung is soon going to launch Samsung Galaxy S III in the first week of June. Most popular mobiles from Samsung include Samsung Galaxy Pocket, Samsung Galaxy Y Duos, and Samsung Galaxy Note. If we compare Samsung Galaxy Note and Apple iPhone 4S, we can find many differences. First let us talk about the prices of both the phones. Samsung Galaxy Note price is around Rs 30,000 whereas Apple iPhone 4s price is around Rs 40,000.

If we talk about the operating system and CPU, Samsung Galaxy Note comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and can be upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS whereas Apple iPhone 4S comes with iOS 5 and can be upgraded to 5.1. Samsung Galaxy Note and Apple iPhone 4s are supported with 1.4 GHz dual core processor.Now let’s talk about display of both the mobiles. Samsung Galaxy Note includes one of the biggest screens with a size of 5.3 inches. This touchscreen phone having AMOLED capacitive touch with a resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels. Apple iPhone 4S comes with 3.5 inches LED capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 640 x 960 pixels. Both the mobiles have corning gorilla glass for the protection of the display. Apple iPhone 4S also includes Oleophobic coating.In the case of storage, Apple iPhone 4S is available with three variants of internal storage 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB. The mobile does not include microSD card. Samsung Galaxy Note is available in 16 GB and 32 GB variants and both the variants include microSD card which can be expanded up to 32 GB.

If we talk about the power backup then Samsung Galaxy Note has 2500 mAh Li-Ion battery, which delivers talk up to 26 hours 10 min for 2G and 13 hours 30 min for 3G. The standby time is 960 hours for 2G and 820 hours for 3G. In the case of iPhone 4S, the handset comes with 1432 mAh Li-Po battery, which delivers talk time up to 14 hours for 2G and 8 hours for 3G. The standby time is 200 hours. Now its time for the users who love to capture images and record videos for the various memorable moments. Both the mobiles have 8 MP camera having a resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels. Both phones also include front facing secondary camera but Samsung Galaxy Note consists of VGA camera and video call can be done only through Wi-Fi. Apple iPhone 4S comes with 2MP secondary camera for video calling. If we summarize the comparison we can say that Samsung Galaxy Note is better than Apple iPhone 4S.
