HTC One S is fitted with 8.0 megapixel mobile camera on the rear end of the phone with features like auto focus, face detection, smile detection, geo tagging and HD video and image recording simultaneously. Starting with display properties this phone has a display area of 3.5 inches with 640 X 960 pixel resolution. Apple iPhone 4S is fitted with LED backlit IPS TFT display screen with multitouch input feature and capacitive touch screen. The display screen is well protected by Corning Gorilla Glass which is similar in HTC One S. Apple iPhone 4 S 2G and 3G network like HTC One S in addition to that this phone also supports CDMA. The CDMA feature is only activated only when this device is retailed on the condition that it will be used for CDMA network. Apple iPhone 4S runs on iOS 5 which can be upgraded to iOS 5.1 and is powered by dual core 1 GHz Cortex A9 processor which is mounted on A5 chipset.
