According to the reports iphone which is responsible for the 3GS’ 3.2 megapixel camera, now Apple’s 4th generation iPhone is likely to feature a 5 megapixel camera in 2010.
The 5 megapixel CMOS image sensors are ordered from OmniVision Technologies which also makes the 3.2 megapixel sensors for the iPhone 3GS.
